Private Lessons

Private lessons are perfect for individuals, couples, or small groups that:

• are preparing for a social event such as a wedding
• want to progress beyond the limits of a group class setting
• have specific questions or problem areas
• want to set their own pace
• desire extra practice, feedback, and attention

In addition to creative partner dancing, we teach the basics of several social dance styles including lindy hop, east coast swing, blues, and salsa. We can also tailor lessons for individuals or couples who would like help with their own movement practice. Past lessons have included club dancing, goth dance, foxtrot, waltz, and tango.

Private lesson rates:

For one person:

• $50/hr for a single lesson
• $40/hr for a package of four or more 1-hour lessons

For two people:

• $60/hr for a single lesson
• $50/hr for a package of four or more 1-hour lessons

Location

We teach most private lessons at our home near Prince Albert St. and E 10th Ave in Vancouver BC.
